Sustainability Certificate Addresses Emerging Needs in Real Estate, Regulatory, Transactional Work

The John Marshall Law School in Chicago is offering students a new certificate program in sustainability centering on the emerging, interdisciplinary area of sustainability and its increasing importance in real estate, transactional and regulatory work. The 25-credit sustainability certificate is an outgrowth of the overall sustainability initiative started in the 2009-2010 academic year by the law school’s Center for Real Estate Law.
