Professor Ann Lousin Says Proposed Amendment 49 May be an ‘Attempt to Circumvent or Abolish’ Existing Problems

Ann Lousin, a law professor at the John Marshall Law School and a member of the research staff during the convention that wrote the 1970 state constitution, also has said the proposed amendment “appears to be an attempt to circumvent or abolish” existing protections.
