Complainant has registered “MISSONI” trademarks in over 60 countries besides its home country of Italy and has enjoyed protection of its trademarks since early 1990s. For example, Complainant has obtained territorial expansion protection in China for its G555050 “MISSONI” trademark (International registration, including goods in international class 25, such as clothes made of cotton and blend fabric, men and women outerwear).

After years of use and advertisements, the mark MISSONI has established a distinctive part of the Complainant’s company name and is well known in the relevant market place.
