The John Marshall Law School Center for Real Estate Law welcomed Carl Adrianopoli and Michael Mencari of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to speak about public health implications regarding climate change in the Midwest.
The Student Bar Association collected food items for the Greater Chicago Food Depository through March 1. The drive was coordinated by the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) as part of its “Lawyers Feeding Illinois” program. Student organizations competed against each other for the most food items.

Zangen has been practicing law in Wellington since 1980. “I was one of the first attorneys in Wellington,” he said.
Zangen’s firm handles trusts, estates, probate issues, real estate purchase and sales, and zoning issues. “I have more of a general practice, but I specialize in commercial and residential real estate matters,” he said. “I also do business litigation, probates, wills and trusts, and homeowner association defense.”

Five specialty MS degrees at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago offer persons special emphasis on the role law plays in employee benefits, information technology and privacy law, intellectual property law, real estate law, and tax law. Courses can be taken in the traditional classroom, or online.

Kelli Biggam, formerly with Gordon & Rees, LLP, joins Aronberg Goldgehn as an associate in the firm’s insurance coverage litigation and commercial litigation groups. Kelli focuses her practice on the analysis and litigation of complex insurance coverage issues. She has experience in coverage matters involving professional liability, fidelity, commercial crime, computer fraud, bond, title, and real estate valuation policies. Kelli also represents insurers, financial institutions and other businesses in commercial matters.
Soo Yeon Lee and Timnetra Burruss were named national Real Property Fellows by the American Bar Association (ABA) Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section (RPTE).
