John Marshall Law School Professor Jason Kilborn (right) is congratulated by faculty members at Radboud University in Nijmegen, The Netherlands, after he delivered his first lecture November 22, 2010 as the visiting chair of International Insolvency Law at the Nijmegen Business & Law Research Centre at the university. His presentation also was his official investiture to the chair. For the next two years, Kilborn will engage in research activities with the centre, work with the centre’s faculty, and visit The Netherlands periodically to deliver lectures.
