Professor Ralph H. Folsom of the University of San Diego School of Law, delivered the 10th anniversary Folsom Lecture hosted by the Center for International Business and Trade Law on Jan. 28. His topic was “Whither the European Union?” Folsom also serves as an adjunct professor at John Marshall.
