She will lead the LatCrit/SALT Junior Faculty Development Workshop (FDW) Planning Committee in 2012 with co-chair César García, professor at Capital University Law School. During the last nine years, the FDW has emerged as a most productive project that serves both as a pipeline to diversify the legal academy and as a forum to cultivate excellence in teaching and scholarship for junior faculty members of law schools across the country and beyond.
