Her article “Legal Writing, the Remix: Plagiarism and Hip Hop Ethics” was accepted for publication in the Mercer Law Review.  It will appear in the 2012 Articles issue.  The article describes how hip hop music and culture can be used to teach legal citation and plagiarism in the legal writing classroom.

This article was featured on many law websites, including the Legal Writing Prof blog, rethinc.k, the Salt Law blog and the Hip Hop Law blog.

Activities

On September 24, 2011, he was a guest of Operation PUSH for a TV show on the death penalty and poverty in the United States. He addressed both issues, including the problems people are having with housing.
