Raquel Lee, a third-year student at John Marshall, has won the Franklin W. Klein law student writing competition for her paper on the Public Safety Employee Benefits Act. The competition was hosted by the Illinois Local Government Lawyers Association. Lee was honored at an award ceremony held at Northern Illinois University on February 19.
