Professor Steven Schwinn comments on the Harris v. Quinn case focusing on violations of the First Amendment. The case is based on whether unions can collect fair-share fees for non-union in-home care providers. The case was argued before the U.S. Supreme Court this week. Schwinn doesn’t believe the court is likely to overturn decades-old decisions.
