Adjunct Professor Catherine Simmons-Gill and JMLS alums win federal gender discrimination case

Adjunct Professor Catherine Simmons-Gill, who teaches in John Marshall’s Intellectual Property Law program, and John Marshall alums Ross Drath (J.D. ’13) and Ryan Estes (J.D. ’13) won a federal gender discrimination case for a Lake County Sheriff’s Office deputy who alleged she was unfairly disciplined and removed from her job as a canine officer based on discrimination.
