Castino will continue to be responsible for the company’s insurance procurement, claims management and guest litigation, and will assume added responsibilities in the areas of divisional risk assessment and transactional risk. She joined The Marcus Corporation in 2000 as claims manager for the company’s former Baymont Inns & Suites division. In 2003, she transferred to the corporate legal department as senior claims manager, and was promoted to director of claims in 2005. Her prior experience includes working as an attorney representing insurance companies and their policyholders.
