John Marshall alum, Don Perry (JD ’10), represents the family of a young woman who was killed in a car accident in 2009. The family is suing the Cook County Sheriff’s Office alleging that the young woman’s clothing was improperly removed and roadside nude photographs were taken of her after the accident.
