Professor Daryl Lim

His book, Patent Misuse and Antitrust: Empirical, Doctrinal and Policy Perspectives, has received international review and praise. It has been reviewed by the U.K.’s World Queen Mary Journal of Intellectual Property and the World Competition Law and Economics Review, which called the book, “a thorough study of a fascinating area of law that is more relevant than ever.”

He and just three other law professors joined major technology companies like Apple and Microsoft in making patent policy recommendations to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

He was interviewed by CT Financial News about the antitrust law concerns involved with Staples attempting to purchase Office Depot.
