Professor Schwinn weighs in on USSC Facebook death threats case

The United States Supreme Court this week will consider whether death threats posted on Facebook are liable to prosecution. Professor Schwinn stated, “When it comes to these types of low-value — even harmful — speech, the Roberts court has been clear: if you don’t like the speech, speak out against it; but government cannot ban it.”
