Illinois courts interpret in favor of the voter: Professor Ann Lousin

Professor Ann Lousin discusses two proposed amendments Illinois voters will see on the November ballot. One proposal would prohibit denial of the right to vote “based on race, color, ethnicity, status as a member of a language minority, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation or income” and the other would strengthen the crime victims’ bill of rights.
