Alumnus and Adjunct Professor Lawrence Friedman (J.D. ’89/LL.M. ’01) gave a final exam that asked students in his International Trade Remedies Law class to consider how to represent Batman and Alfred as they try to fend off a company infringing on Wayne Enterprises’ patents and creating fake goods.
