Since September 1996 Judge Haubner has been an Administrative Law Judge with the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review at the Social Security Administration. Prior to that he was in private practice in San Diego, CA, and served as a San Diego Superior Court Arbitrator and Settlement Judge pro tem.
