Attorney Deepak Gupta visited The John Marshall Law School on March 22, 2012, as guest speaker of “AT&T v. Concepcion: Fine Print, Federalism and the Fate of the Class Action.” Gupta discussed the effects the Supreme Court’s decision in AT&T Mobility v. Concepcion (131.S.Ct.1740, 09-893) is having on class action lawsuits. Gupta (center) was welcomed by Professor Margaret Kwoka (left) and Ralph Ruebner (right) associate dean for Academic Affairs.
