She was a guest lecturer at Northwestern University on July 25, 2011, speaking on the topic of plagiarism to a master’s level Applied Research and Writing class.

She presented “Creating Better Lawyers Through Creative Writing” at The 2011 Applied Legal Storytelling Conference, held at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, on July 9, 2011.

Activities

He will chair an American Bar Association seminar on “Key Issues for Borrower’s Counsel in Major Loan Transactions” in August.

 

Professor Mark E. Wojcik

Activities

He attended a reception at John Cabot University of Rome on July 12, 2012, for U.S.

Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito.  The program was sponsored by Duquesne University School of Law and the Villanova University School of Law.  Wojcik also is visiting the law faculties at the universities in the Italian cities of Padua, Verona, and Cagliari.

Publications

His article, “What Intent Must the Government Prove to Convict Someone of Marriage Fraud?” was included in the May 2011 issue of The Globe, vol. 48, no. 7, a newsletter of the Illinois State Bar Association Section on International and Immigration Law.
